It is possible to change these behaviors. It is possible to trade them for positive habits.
Coaching will allow you to gain back control over food and your emotions and finally, to see the wonderful and beautiful person you are both inside and out.
Through my 90-day coaching program, we will set specific and measurable goals and pursue them, checking in one-on-one in one-hour long sessions devoted entirely to you.
You will learn what a big MOFA is along with anchors and decluttering. You will trade in judgment for curiosity when it comes to accepting yourself. You will discover that it’s not just about what you eat but also how you eat. You will learn how to relax, recognize stress and triggers, and the causes of certain behaviors around food. You will see that having awareness around the behavior is the very beginning of change. You will learn to love and accept yourself and become open to the love and acceptance of others that you desire and are worthy of receiving.
